The Power-Builder

 
 

This is a program that utilizes progressive strength building.  The Power-Builder builds strength on the three main lifts while simultaneously achieving an aesthetic physique.  The program works in three phases; Accumulation, Intermediate & Intensity.  This program was developed by Paul Frost and his peers and is one of our most effective 3-Day per week program.
